HOUSTON IMPROV is located in the Marq’E Entertainment Center, across from the Edward’s Theater. We are an intimate venue with a full bar & restaurant, where you can enjoy performances of world renowned and local comics alike.

Born and raised in Houston, Jeremy “J” Cann — better known as JCann — is a stand-up comedian, the lead actor of the award-winning short film 27Grams, and a newly featured comic on Kevin Hart’s LOL Radio on SiriusXM. He’s toured with Chris Redd from SNL and is known for his wild crowd-work alter ego, “Crowd Work Cann,” who shows up whenever the audience
gets too comfortable. With sharp writing, high-energy performances, and unpredictable moments, JCann delivers a show you don’t forget.
