*Happy Hour Concert Series* featuring “James Evans and the Kindred Swindlers" Sponsored by the Jazz Foundation of America Join us for Happy Hour with clarinetist, saxophonist, and vocalist James Evans and his band, The Kindred Swindlers. Formed in 2021, the group has released three albums and built a repertoire inspired by the early 20th century, with Evans and guitarist Jacky Blair featured as vocalists. A North Wales native turned New Orleans mainstay, Evans has performed with Leroy Jones, Gregg Stafford, and Shannon Powell, earning a reputation for both tradition and invention. Expect swinging, joyful jazz with a fresh edge — perfect for kicking off your evening. Doors: 4:30 pm Show: 5 - 6 pm Snug Harbor Jazz Bistro presents live weekly concerts.
