Unapologetically authentic, SECONDS AWAY never fails to consistently push the boundaries of what a “pop-punk boy band” can be. These high energy lyrical metaphors, story telling guitars and striking percussive elements, leave you wanting more.
Forming in 2021, hailing from the outskirts of Cleveland, OH comes a new and daring take on glitter punk from Mikey Sikovsek (Guitar, Vocals) and Ricky Major (Drums, Vocals). The two blondes insisted on writing and developing music that connected on a more focused cinematic level.
Their independent debut single “3:33” kicks dirt on their established pop-polished intentions, providing lyrics that capture that parasitic heart break feel.
Today, we see the group navigate, rule break, and dive into the scene with straight passion and confidence.
This is SECONDS AWAY.
