IWC Fall Harvest
-
When Illinois approved cannabis for medical use in 2014, IWC was founded with a clear mission: to ensure that women had a seat at the table in this emerging industry. From day one, IWC has worked to eliminate barriers, foster connections, and champion leadership opportunities for women in the regulated cannabis space.
Today, as Illinois’ cannabis industry continues to expand, IWC remains the state’s leading networking and professional development organization. As a 501(c)(6) nonprofit, we host educational programs, industry events, and networking opportunities that bring together professionals from every sector of the cannabis space.
Our diverse membership includes experts in law, finance, marketing, retail, compliance, patient advocacy, cultivation, and more. Whether they’re shaping policy, leading businesses, or advocating for equity, IWC members are driving the future of the industry in Illinois.
As the industry grows, so does our commitment. IWC continues to be a force for progress, ensuring that women remain at the forefront—not just as participants, but as leaders shaping the next decade of cannabis in Illinois and beyond.
