    Innocent Persona

    Pop Vocal

Innocent Persona is a pop rock band from New York City which formed in 2015. The group, founded by lead vocalist and multi instrumentalist Ittai Stern, also features guitarist/saxophonist Jose Alonso from Brooklyn and guitarist/bassist Charlie Freeman who hails from Marietta, Georgia along with drummer Gunar Riegelmayer from Orlando. The band takes pride in its eclectic style. With songs ranging from Alt-Rock to EDM, Innocent Persona meshes multiple genres to create a unique experience. In early 2015, Stern met award winning producer Erez 'Diwon' Safar who began coproducing Innocent Persona tracks with producer Nathan Ben David at Bancs Media, an LA based production company. Later that year, the band connected with Doug Staiman another LA producer, who was formerly the front man for The Groggers, a punk rock band from Queens NY. Together, Stern and Staiman composed “Destiny” a 60's style love song which was released in December of 2015. Staiman also produced  “Celestial” a track from the Innocent Persona debut EP released on June 7, 2016 entitled Innocent Persona. Attesting to the band's diversity, the song; a commentary on the ravages of war, fuses soulful lyrics with hard driving dance rhythms reminiscent of Twenty One Pilots. Innocent Persona spent much of 2016 playing concerts and festivals throughout NYC and beyond as as well as recording. The first single released in May of 2017 “Happy Ever After” is a pop punk track which calls to mind early 2000's warped tour bands. Currently the band has been recording and releasing singles in preparation of their 2nd EP.
