  • Stephanie Chapman

    Country

Stephanie Chapman is a singer and songwriter whose lyrics employ many of the scenes from her pastoral childhood in rural West Virginia to form a painterly landscape in story and song. Stephanie credits this fertile soil and her dad’s eclectic taste in music with shaping her song style.

In 2001 a fortuitous meeting in Normandy, France led to 22 years of marriage and musical collaboration with her husband Nathan Chapman. A Nashville-born son of Steve and Annie Chapman, revered and celebrated Christian singer songwriters, Nathan had decided to leave the music industry in his past until he met his wife and they formed a duo, got a record deal and started recording music together.

Stephanie’s songs seem to keep finding homes with some of the best artists in music and now she has had songs recorded by Bonnie Raitt, Ricky Skaggs and Sharon White, Eric Church, Mickey Guyton, Martina McBride, and Lady A and more. After a long absence on music row to tend to her three children she released a full-length album called Under An August Sky on May 24th, 2024.

  • Anna Rae

    Singer-Songwriter

Anna Rae is an 18-year-old independent singer-songwriter from Charlotte, North Carolina, whose music is rooted in authenticity, heart, and connection.

With a background in musical theatre, Anna performed as Young Elsa in Broadway’s Frozen at just 12 years old. After returning home from New York during the pandemic, she began writing songs and developing her own artistry — blending the timeless influence of Billy Joel, Dolly Parton, Fleetwood Mac, and Joni Mitchell with modern inspiration from early Taylor Swift, Noah Kahan, and Harry Styles.

Now splitting her time between Charlotte and Nashville, Anna continues to grow both her online following of nearly 200,000 on TikTok and her live fanbase across the East Coast.

  • Emily Landis

    Country

A St. Louis native, Emily Landis moved to Nashville in 2012 to attend Belmont University’s songwriting program. Landis signed a co-publishing agreement with BMG in 2018 and has since secured cuts with Gabby Barrett, Eric Paslay, Laci Kaye Booth, Kassi Ashton, Larry Fleet, and more. In April 2021, she landed her first 3-week #1 song with Gabby Barrett’s “The Good Ones”. The song was nominated for Song Of The Year and Single Of The Year at the 55th annual CMA Awards, Country Song Of The Year at the 2022 iHeartRadio Awards, and was voted Favorite Country Song at the 2021 American Music Awards. Following the success of “The Good Ones,” Landis received two Music Row Award nominations for “Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year” and “Female Songwriter of the Year."
