There are 18 tables, 8 bar seats and 8 church pew seats available for reservation. The remaining pew seats for this show are not reserved in advance. These seats are available on a first come/first served basis when doors open.
Ticket reservations at The Bluebird Cafe are an agreement to pay the cover charge and applicable taxes/fees and to meet the $12.00 per seat food and/or drink minimum.
Ticket holders may cancel their reservation for a full refund of the ticket price and applicable tax (excluding ticketing fees) if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled showtime. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the show are non-refundable. To cancel, please email info@bluebirdcafe.com or call 615-383-1461. Phone line hours are Monday-Friday, 12-4 pm.

Mark was raised and still resides in Center Star, Alabama, in the shadow of the music mecca of Muscle Shoals. He grew up loving and emulating the sounds from those Shoals studios and has had a 33 year career as a songwriter. He graduated from Brooks High in 1983, then attended the University Of North Alabama where he received a degree in commercial music in 1988.
Mark also worked locally as a radio announcer. He has had songs recorded by Josh Turner, Tonja Rose, Chris Golden, Bernard Allison, Brandy Clark, Reba, Alabama, John Michael Montgomery, Shenandoah, Blackhawk, Terri Clark, Sandy Carroll(Jim Gaines producer) Craig Morgan, Tenille Arts, Big Daddy Wilson (Jim Gaines producer),Carly Pearce, CoCo O'Connor(Grant Walden producing) and many others.
His song "That's What I Love About Sunday" was the most performed song at country radio in 2005 according to
Billboard magazine and spent five weeks at number one. Also it was the #8 Billboard country song of the 2000's decade, and achieved gold sales status.
His first cut was on the Shoals supergroup Shenandoah--the solely penned "Moon Over Georgia" became a top five hit nationally. Mark was also co-writer along with Walt Aldridge on the number two country hit by Blackhawk, "Like There Ain't No Yesterday". Mark was awarded a bronze star for his musical achievements which is on permanent display in the lobby of the Alabama Music Hall Of Fame.
His songs have appeared on nine gold or platinum albums. Mark has been a staff songwriter for FAME, Jody Williams Music, Reba McEntire's Starstruck Music Group, March Music, Sony ATV Tree and currently for Noble Vision Music Group in Nashville.Mark has had 14 songs co-written with and recorded by Josh Turner.
In 2016, Mark appeared as a songwriter on records by Brandy Clark and Shenandoah respectively that were nominated for both Grammy and Dove awards. Mark has recorded three albums with Andreas Werner for Crazy Chester Records including "This Ol' Wurlitzer", "Soul Fillin' Station" and a brand new 11 song project for 2021.

With a mother who performed with John Hartford and the Dillards, a dad who taught her banjo, and a cousin, Al Barr, who fronts the Dropkick Murphys, being on stage is in Lockwood’s DNA. Lockwood Barr logs over 100 yearly shows all over the country and world. She’s opened for artists like Clint Black, Chase Matthew, Radney Foster, Lori McKenna and Angaleena Presley (Pistol Annies), played in several festivals from Arizona to Mississippi to Denmark, and regularly hosts rounds at the Bluebird Cafe. Lockwood released a new record, One Day I Will, in Winter, 2025 with Award Winning Producer Devin Powers. She has been writing new music with icon Jeff Silbar (“Wind Beneath My Wings”) and Hall of Fame Songwriter Gary Nicholson for the project. Lockwood is also thrilled to have a songwriting cut on Allie Colleen’s new record: “Nicotine,” which debuted on WSM in February 2025, and has already been a fan favorite during Allie’s tours with Lee Brice and Jelly Roll. Her banjo and background vocals can be heard on Bo Bice’s latest release, “Hero’s Blood,” tracked at Fame Studios in Muscle Shoals. The song won a 2024 Hollywood Independent Music Award. Other successes include a 2019 Music Row Magazine “DISClaimer” feature for her banjo-centric single “6 Feet Deep,” a NIMA (Nashville Industry Music Award) win for Best Live Country Performer, and a cut (“Hold Me in Your Heart”) on Sarah Peacock’s record “Burn the Witch,” which was acclaimed in both Billboard and American Songwriter Magazine. Lockwood’s Summer 2020 single, “Helluva Habit,” received an exclusive feature in American Songwriter Magazine magazine. In 2019, she teamed up Matt Odmark of Grammy Award-winning band Jars of Clay and newcomer Ryan Youmans to release 3 new singles, including an original Christmas duet, “Christmas in Memphis” with NBC’s The Voice alum, Barrett Baber. “Christmas in Memphis” was hailed by “Saving Country Music” alongside Kacey Musgrave’s “A Very Kacey Christmas” as one of the top “Country and Roots Christmas Releases.”
