Elizabeth Eckert
Elizabeth Eckert
Singer-Songwriter
Elizabeth Eckert is a virtuoso talent in the real world. After an acclaimed debut in Carnegie Hall, a wrist injury derailed the classical pianist’s career and she rediscovered her artistry through songwriting. Elizabeth has now returned to the stage and the studio, performing original songs with stunning vocal delivery and her signature playing.
The daughter of two professional musicians, Elizabeth climbed on the piano bench at age 3 and started making music. After studying at Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music, she fell in love with songwriting, moved to Nashville, and never looked back. Elizabeth has performed in venues as diverse as her musical talents - from New York’s Carnegie Hall to Nashville’s Bluebird Cafe - and continues to play around Nashville and the United States. Several tours of the UK have created an enthusiastic fan base overseas. Elizabeth has been featured as American Songwriter’s “Writer of the Week” and has been interviewed for Carnegie Hall’s “Songwriter Series.”
