Dave Pahanish is a 30 year veteran of the music industry working as a musician, artist, songwriter, singer, performer, and producer. After spending 15 years performing across his home-town southwestern Pittsburgh Pennsylvania area, after visits to New York and LA seeking the best place to grow his many talents, Dave made it to Nashville. Within three weeks of landing in Nashville in late 2006, Dave was offered three publishing deals and settled with a company owned by songwriters Hillary Lindsey, Dallas Davidson and Cole Wright.
Dave Pahanish is now a three time #1 hit Billboard Country songwriter and a hit producer with 6 charting singles. Dave penned Tobey Keith’s “American Ride”, Keith Urban's "Without You" and Jimmy Wayne’s “Do You Believe Me Now?” ( co-produced by Dave as well)
Urban chose the song “Without You” because of how closely the lyrics fit in with his own life stating, "It's the most autobiographical song I never wrote.” Pahanish wrote the song after meeting his wife’s family for the first time without realizing any similarities to Urban’s life. The song became Urban's 12th No. 1 single.
Notable cuts by Dave include Tim McGraw's “Right Back Atcha Babe" and "The One That Got Away" (also recorded by Lila McCann)- #12 Billboard single “I Will” by Jimmy Wayne, Emily West's “Completely Yours” and Collin Raye’s “Divine Everlasting Love”.
As a performer/artist, Dave is 2 year veteran of the Country Throwdown Tour with Willie Nelson, Eric Church, Little Big Town, Jamie Johnson, Eric Paslay, Montgomery Gentry, Eli Young Band and many others.
Dave still performs regularly and has released 7 albums to date, all available on iTunes and other streaming sites. He has released a video for the song "The One That Got Away" from his 1997 album Shine, this song went on to be recorded by numerous other artists including Tim McGraw, and Lila McCann.
Most recently Dave has been producing other artists including Jake Hoot current winner of the hit tv show "The Voice". Dave co-wrote the song “Better Off Without You” with Jake that solidified Jakes win on the Voice and was #1 on iTunes country . Currently working on the sophomore album for George Shingleton as well as proving and writing with other artists.

Sam Banks
Sam Banks
Country
Sam Banks is a rising country artist and songwriter known for heartfelt lyrics, authentic storytelling, and a sound that bridges traditional country with a modern edge. Raised outside Kansas City, Banks found his love for country music early, honing his craft on the road and performing at venues across the country. Inspired by legends like Merle Haggard and Dean Dillon, he delivers songs grounded in honesty, grit, and real-life experience.
A pivotal moment in Banks’ career came through working with Craig Morgan, an opportunity that gave him a firsthand look at the heart of the country music industry. One of his career highlights was performing at the Grand Ole Opry alongside Morgan—an experience that helped shape both his perspective and his sound. Since then, Banks has shared the stage with artists including Trace Adkins, Thomas Rhett, Zac Brown, Gary LeVox, Jelly Roll, Jimmy Fortune, and members of the Hank Williams Jr. family.
As a songwriter, Banks has quickly built an impressive catalog. His recent cuts include “Be By You,” recorded by Luke Combs, and “Bartender in Destin” by Riley Green, along with songs recorded by Craig Morgan, Matt Lang, Josh Ward, William Michael Morgan, and a Texas No. 1 hit for Jake Bush.
In 2026, Banks signed a publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing Group. He released his debut single, “Who’s Teachin’ Who,” in 2024, followed by “Rollin’ Stone,” further establishing himself as one of country music’s emerging voices. With a sound rooted in authenticity and storytelling, Sam Banks is carving out his own lane—letting the songs speak for themselves.

Matt Warren
Matt Warren
Country
Chart-topping songwriter with over 70 recorded songs and 12 singles. Solo artist. Multi-platinum award winner. Soul singer. For nearly a quarter century, Matt Warren has played all the parts, building a versatile career that's taken him from the elite writing rooms of Music Row to stages across the country. He turns a new page with Heartbreak Superstar, his first solo release in a dozen years. Inspired by the R&B classics, soul songs, and southern music of his youth, it's a timeless record for the modern age. Warren's songwriting is on full display, showcasing the chops that have already earned him a pair of ASCAP Awards, an ACM Song of the Year nomination, and a Number 1 hit on country radio. Heartbreak Superstar is a singer's record, though, and Warren — who created the album with co-producers Oscar Charles and Cliff Audretch — delivers each song with a voice that's every bit as raw, road-worn, and resilient as his own journey.
That journey has taken Warren from the top of the Billboard charts — where Gary Allan's "Every Storm (Runs Out of Rain)" made him one of Nashville's most in-demand songwriters during the 2010s, reaching Number 1 the same year Warren received his self-titled solo debut — to rehab, where he found God and rediscovered himself. Fueled by the personal and creative rebirth of his sobriety, Heartbreak Superstar captures the melodies and southern stories that have always fueled his work with renewed clarity. The result is a mix of southern soul, Tennessee twang, and Laurel Canyon country-rock, all glued together by a songwriting veteran who's happy to reclaim his solo artistry.
As an artist he's achieved a #1 song in Texas on the country charts, and over 2.5 million streams on his latest EP Heartbreak Superstar.
