A New Orleans collective, NuSpeak, bends genres including jazz, hip-hop, and funk. The band pulls inspiration from groups such as Butcher Brown and Hiatus Coyote, while also being influenced by The Meters, Herbie Hancock, and Kanye West. The chemistry of this group can be tied back to when they first rehearsed in a dorm room at Loyola University. The musicians have created a fiery live performance that leaves the audience awe-struck and restless.
