Honey for the Bees

Honey for the Bees is a harmony-infused indie-folk trio composed of Alison Mullan-Stout (she/her, guitar & vocals), Natasia White (they/she, ukulele & vocals) and Blake Propst (he/him, upright bass & guitar). This Syracuse-based collaboration highlights the band's collective backgrounds in theater, queer advocacy, genres from folk to punk to jazz, music therapy, and social justice activism. -

Evan Diem is a Connecticut-born indie rock artist currently based in Syracuse, New York. He writes music that distills a variety of influences, from the Mountain Goats and The Weakerthans; to ‘Weird Al’ Yankovic and Tom Lehrer; to Lucinda Williams and Nick Lowe. He writes songs about experiences you never knew you needed to hear songs about.
Evan’s music is a reflection of him: clever, thoughtful and principled. Yet it also serves to reflect the lives of those close to him. His songwriting is emotionally resonant, empathetic, and challenging, while his musicianship and performance is energetic, compelling, and catchy.
