Doug Starks' “HIGHERGROUND” Celebrating the music of Stevie Wonder is an exciting show paying homage to the musical genius of Stevie Wonder.
This is not an impersonator show! This show is done with the utmost respect.
Our goal is to re-present the music of Stevie Wonder in the spirit in which it was given…..that simply being of LOVE.
Featuring veteran performer Doug Starks whose stage experience includes being a comedian / singer, opening act on touring with such industry giants as; Julio Iglesias, Smokey Robinson, Natalie Cole and Ray Charles to name but a few.
Offstage Starks has also been a writer for Television and film, has had his own nationally syndicated radio program and Headlined in Las Vegas for over a decade playing Sammy Davis Jr. in “The Rat Pack is Back” produced by Davis Cassidy and Don Reo.
Combining his arsenal of talents Starks guides this journey through the Stevie Wonder song book.
Doug Starks' “HIGHERGROUND” is backed by a 10 piece band of the industries best musicians and singers.

Pinch Me! is Southern California’s premier entertainment band, made up of five seasoned musicians with respected backgrounds in the music world. The band features the greatest hits from the 60’s to today, providing a wide spectrum of entertainment rarely seen elsewhere. Powerful saxophone, keyboards and guitars accompany exceptional vocal harmonies. The band’s diverse song list emphasizes high-energy tunes for dancing and fun until the party’s over. Pinch Me! has a heart and is very active in supporting causes including CASA, Down Syndrome, Autism Speaks, Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, Cure Duchenne and more.
