Hellride is named for the treacherous drive that is the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles. This supergroup is fronted by punk rock legend Mike Watt of The Minutemen, backed by Stephen Perkins of Jane’s Addiction on drums, and Peter DiStefano of Porno for Pyros on lead guitar. If you come to a Hellride show you’re destined for a unique experience with these three guys belting out Iggy Pop hits in a jazz-punk ensemble. All three members of this band were in Perry Farrell’s Porno for Pyros, and remain touring the world consistently.
