What happens:

The twist: Those recorded moments are woven directly into that night’s show - featured throughout narrations, transitions, and theatrical cues. The audience becomes the rowdiest of royals - and their voices become part of the spectacle.

Real-life brothers AJ Rubin & Colescott Rubin are time-traveling musical entertainers with a whimsical flair for vaudeville & circus. The Rubin Brothers are third-generation Boston artists known for combining snappy originals with unicycling, juggling, acrobatics, and more. They performed on American Idol 2024 and play sold-out shows for audiences of all ages. They have collaborated with Grammy-winners Quincy Jones, John Legend, Esperanza Spalding, Old Crow Medicine Show, Patrice Rushen, and others. They performed at the Essentially Ellington and Monterey Jazz Festivals as teens, and have toured across North America, South America, Europe, Africa & Asia. They both received full scholarships to Berklee College of Music, where they graduated summa cum laude (Colescott ’20, AJ '24) and where Colescott now teaches. 2023 brought their debut with circuses in NYC, and stadium shows as the house band for the New England Free Jacks major league rugby team. In 2024, they crowdfunded their first four self-produced records. In 2025, the Rubin Bros produced their debut theater show at NYC’s City Tech, became official variety artists at Boston’s historic Faneuil Hall, and performed in M. Night Shyamalan’s new movie “Remain”, in theaters Oct 2026.
