Vendors will be set up indoors AND outdoors so dress according to the weather. They'll be selling arts & crafts, home decor, props, toys, oddities, DVD+VHS, makeup, clothing, jewelry, snacks, and ALL THINGS HALLOWEEN! Entry is FREE at all venues.
