ghst rnnr is the newest project from Syracuse, NY native Nick Burger. Post break up of pop punk band Of Fortune & Fame in 2014, acoustic folk ensemble Ahnest! playing their last show in 2018 and current emotional spacey rock n roll outfit Goodnight Forever on a hiatus since 2022… ghst rnnr was born from the ashes of all three. Singer-songwriter Matty Travers has quietly become one of the most resonant voices in the
American indie-folk scene, known for his rich acoustic sound, evocative songwriting, and
timeless storytelling. Travers' music draws heartfelt comparisons to artists such as Gregory Alan
Isakov, Donovan Woods, and The Swell Season, blending warmth, vulnerability, and poetic
observation into every song. An artist who thrives both solo and in collaboration, Travers is a
fixture in numerous bands across the Northeast music community. He is a founding and current
member of Colder Weather and GhostXShip. He was founding member to several other beloved
projects, including Trespassers, and Of Fortune & Fame as well.
With a weathered acoustic guitar and a voice capable of both gentle intimacy and soaring
catharsis, Travers crafts songs that linger long after the last note. His lyrics explore themes of
love, loss, resilience, and the fleeting nature of time, often painted with a distinctly cinematic
quality. Travers has recently released two compelling new recordings, “The Great Anew” (2024)
— an expansive and hopeful meditation on personal transformation and new beginnings.

Chloe Danes is a singer-songwriter from Syracuse, NY, crafting soft, ambient, and acoustic-driven music rooted in storytelling and emotional resonance. Influenced by artists like Lana Del Rey, Cyndi Lauper, and Lorde, Chloe blends gentle instrumentation with introspective lyrics that offer both comfort and meaning. Her debut single “Claw Machine” was released in January and has been featured on Syracuse’s 95X Local Spotlight. With a new single on the way this summer and an EP in the works, Chloe is steadily carving out her space in the indie music scene.
