Mel Bryant leads with her bass, her big mouth, and her radical heart. The Mercy Makers keep her sane and channel her passions into a project that is equal parts visceral and sensitive, with a fresh youthful take on classic rock, pop punk & folk foundations, their inspirations ranging from the Allman Brothers to Green Day to Laura Marling. Their breakout single Never Thought was featured on Spotify Editorial playlists, and won them a Finalist award in the International Songwriting Competition. In the true spirit of an independent band, they record & produce their music out of a converted barn studio in the backyard of the house they share in East Nashville, Tennessee. Their latest single Relatively Good is out now on all platforms.
