Indie Rock
The Pretty Flowers are a four-piece indie rock band from Los Angeles composed of Noah Green (vocals/guitar), Jake Gideon (guitar/vocals), Sam Tiger (bass/vocals) and Sean Johnson (drums). Their music has been described as hooky, heartfelt and literate. Their influences span more than a few decades of loud guitar indie and college rock, including: Guided By Voices, Echo & the Bunnymen, The Teardrop Explodes, Superchunk, Creeper Lagoon and The Lemonheads.
The Big Takeover magazine said of The Pretty Flowers debut album, Why Trains Crash, “These Los Angeles hard power-poppers...play '90s style indie-rock that harkens back to later The Replacements early Weezer, a little Sloan and quite a bit of Wilco.”

Indie Rock
Datamaps is a four-piece band from Los Angeles, California, that began as the solo project of M. Paul Larson, a veteran of the city's east side indie scene. Larson, who cut his teeth with the "Enocore" post-rock band Strictly Ballroom in the 1990s, has played with many other artists, including Dntel, Strange Parade, and Le Switch; and was also the frontman for Athalia, The Minor Canon, and The Georgia Sand. He's also lent his talents to recordings by Beachwood Sparks, Azure Ray, Nobody, and many others. Larson rounded out the band's lineup by joining up with Steve Krowlikowski (Repeater, Fear and the Nervous System), Brent Stranathan (Near Beer) & Ben Eisen (the Minor Canon).
Datamaps exemplifies Larson's gift for exploiting well-crafted songs. The band spans multiple genres that can succinctly take the listener through a range of emotions in a two & a half minute song or patiently twist them into swarms of melancholic triumph.

The Blurry Stars
Indie Rock
The Blurry Stars is a California-based garage rock band that blends the raw energy of ‘90s alternative, vintage punk, the millennium garage revival, and the grittier edge of ‘60s and ‘70s classic rock. At the group’s core are longtime friends Sean Alan and Andrew Zeiser—two lifelong friends still paying dues and still chasing the holy high of a deafening jam. After collaborating with a revolving cast of satellite members, Sean and Andrew joined up with Ventura bassist and punk rock enthusiast Bash Porter, who has since become a fixture in the band. The Blurry Stars are constantly writing, recording, producing, and performing new material, presenting their fresh modern take on classic vintage sounds. Since the band’s debut release in FEB 2024, they have attracted a growing fanbase of rock music lovers worldwide. The band recently returned to the studio after a brief California summer tour, and are presently at work on a new record with plans for an album drop late summer of 2025. Stay tuned as The Blurry Stars continue their meteoric evolution, jamming and performing vivid new permutations of their unique and inspired sound.
