After you've received professional sensory training and learned about bourbon's history, you will be sanctioned as an official taster for this taste off. In addition, Fred will ask for volunteers to join him on stage to wear a blind fold and smell objects without sight. You'll be surprised how many things you cannot smell if you can't see it. You will analyze the bourbon in a blind flight and choose your favorite. The crowd will vote and can guess what they are tasting. What are the bourbons?
