FORAGER is a Brooklyn-based trio whose music augments contemporary indie rock with intricate guitar work, melismatic vocals, and curious, shapeshifting grooves. NPR's Bobby Carter called their music "buttery" and "complex," remarking, "where have you been all my life?!?" FORAGER has built their following on the strength of their live show, selling out venues in New York and throughout the U.S. Their upcoming sophomore album, Even a Child Can Cover the Sun with a Finger, ventures into rawer territory—whispered vocals over blaring sirens and distorted drums, singable psych-pop choruses that disintegrate into mayhem. The album captures the peeled-back intimacy of folk-singer-songwriters with the pulsating synchronicity that only comes from a band.
