Folk trio Flyover States has it tucked in the three-part rise and fall of their atmospheric harmony, their hindsight wisdom lyrics, and the dynamic pulse of tradition alive in their melodies. With tonal precision and undeniable warmth, their songs might summon the welcome glow of a cozy pub tucked away off a cobblestone road or inspire a gentle soundtrack for a long walk in the woods. Octaves, the group's first album, was released in 2019 with sophomore album 'Artifacts' released two years later in 2021. Earlier this year, the band completed their third album, "True North". While still focusing on the group's complex vocal arrangements and signature harmonies, True North explores the changes the band has experienced over the last several years including marriage, a journey into parenthood, and confronting past trauma. 

A son of the Flint Hills of Eastern Kansas, Nathan Earle has now made a home in the Pacific Northwest for nearly two decades. Earle's ties to Midwestern folk and gospel traditions are interwoven with the soulful and verdant hues of the Northwest. His impassioned vocal delivery and introspective story-telling can break into the most well-guarded hearts without setting off the alarms.
