Description:  The 1st Annual Met Gala Red Carpet Watch Party is a curated Chicago gathering celebrating the intersection of costume, fashion, and cultural storytelling. Timed alongside fashion’s most iconic night, the evening invites guests to experience the Met Gala red carpet in real time—while engaging in deeper conversation around the meaning behind what we wear.   Set against the backdrop of Three Top Lounge at the Salt Shed, the event blends viewing, community, and dialogue. Guests will move from a shared red carpet watch experience into a live panel featuring voices across entertainment, athletics, editorial, and the arts—mirroring the cross-industry influence reflected in this year’s Met Gala co-chairs.   Rooted in the theme of “costume as culture,” the evening explores how identity, visibility, and storytelling show up through personal style and public presence.
