*CONTEST IS LIMITED TO 12 PARTICIPANTS ONLY*

-Must be 18 years of age to compete
-Entry is limited to 12 contestants
-Wings will be judged on tare weight
-Contestants will have 5 minutes in the first heat to eat as many hot wings as they can.  Final round will be 3 minutes with “triple hot sauce" wings
-Contestants will only be allowed to drink water during the competition
-No dipping sauces are allowed
-Contestants must “clean bones” and eat meat directly off the bone
-Contestants must stop eating and place hands down on table at the signal of the judge
-Visual signs of sickness will result in disqualification 
-Disqualification includes: False or incomplete entry form or waiver, any health risks, under the influence of any substance, starting prior to start signal or continuing after ending signal and failure to completely eat a chicken wing before beginning to eat another wing
 
-Contestants may either stand or sit within designated area
-Judges will be on hand to assure adherence to contest rules
-Rules are subject to change as directed by the chairman of the contest
