Extra Arms, riding high on their current single, "Race to Sleep" and invitation to the North by Northeast Festival (NXNE) in Toronto, bring their next New York show to Union Hall with special guests. The band's full-length album is due this October and will be mixed by Alex Newport (Grammy Award winner - Death Cab for Cutie and Producer of the new City and Colour album). While there may be swarms of bands coming out of New York City, there are perhaps few like Extra Arms that capture a moment and connect at a deeper level, truly elevating and inspiring fans. Extra Arms embodies the feverish obsession for songs that you just can't stop playing. The band have already appeared on the Deli Magazine Indie Rock Chart back in April and have been getting some favorable press from music blogs such as Aesthetes Anonymous, Two Way Monologues and Truth Rocks Music, along with radio such as Toronto's tastemaker CIUT.
