Description
Ethan Santos is a Filipino-American multi-instrumentalist, bandleader, composer, arranger, and educator from Fresno, California. After moving to New Orleans, Ethan quickly became established in both the local and international music scenes, performing with artists including Leroy Jones, Nicholas Payton, Terence Blanchard, Trumpet Mafia, Delfeayo Marsalis & the Uptown Jazz Orchestra, the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra, Tidal Wave Brass Band, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, Tank & the Bangas, Dumpstaphunk, Ghost-Note, Terrance Simien & the Zydeco Experience, Louis Cole, and the London-based band Incognito.
Santos has appeared at major venues and festivals such as the Kennedy Center, New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, DC Jazz Festival, Tahiti Soul Jazz Festival, JazzAscona, Tokyo TUC, and Boston Calling, and can be heard on more than 20 recordings, numerous singles, and film/TV projects including Leguizamo Does America, Six Triple Eight, Rustin, Abominable and the Invisible City, and Universal Pictures’ 4K rescored restoration of The Man Who Laughs. Offstage, Ethan serves as adjunct trombone professor at Tulane University and currently leads a New Orleans–based septet blending brass band traditions, Art Blakey’s Jazz Messengers, funk, and R&B influences to create original music rooted in community, collaboration, and cultural innovation.

Bar Room is Open 5pm - Midnight for all, with or without tickets.
Kind Reminder: Snug Harbor does NOT serve the full menu inside the Music Room. We do offer cheese and charcuterie tray options. In order to preserve the integrity, quiet and focus of our world class intimate concerts, only the charcuterie, cocktails and soft drinks are available for table service inside the Music Room. However, we encourage you to arrive at least 90 Minutes prior to your showtime in order to enjoy full, relaxing dinner service in the Dining Room right next door, before getting seated in the Music Room for your ticketed showtime.

Refund Policy
ALL CONCERT TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. However, we do offer ticket transfers from one name to another, provided you email us your e-ticket confirmation and the name(s) you would like your ticket(s) transferred to via shows@snugjazz.com before 5pm on day of show, or sooner. You can also choose to gift your ticket(s) to our New Orleans Music Student Program where un-claimed tickets are offered to young music students and/or rising musician apprentices, if you cannot use your ticket(s). We can also transfer tickets from one show TIME to another on the SAME DATE ONLY, *provided space is available* at the time of your request. You must email shows@snugjazz.com before 5pm on day of show with your request. Tickets are NOT transferrable to a different artist/date.
