Free parking located at Port Of Blarney 27843 W Grass Lake Rd  Antioch, IL 60002. *NOTE:  NO backpacks or oversized purses allowed. No exceptions.  Shoes are required to be worn on the water taxi/shuttle service as well as the Island at all times. No cocked hats or sagging pants allowed. No flow toys allowed.  Must be 21+ with valid US ID or Passport.  Doors open at 4pm First Shuttle at 5pm -running every hour until midnight  First act starts at 5:30pm
