DYER-LOGUE IS AN INTER-GENERATIONAL PERFORMANCE by the father and son duo of the elder saxophonist and flutist Steve Dyer and the pianist and producer, Bokani Dyer. They will trace their intertwined musical relationship as father and son from Botswana in the 1980s where Steve was based and Bokani was born, up until the present day.
The DYER-LOGUE journey through time represents many stylistic traits of South African music from the marabi based tradition through to more contemporary influences,
mostly interpreted through compositions by Steve and Bokani.
