Jazz pianist Dwight Fitch Jr. was born and raised in New Orleans. After receiving a bachelor's degree in jazz studies piano performance from the University of New Orleans under the instruction of Ellis Marsalis, Dwight later completed a master's degree in music from UNO. Dwight has spent the last several decades performing in New Orleans and around the world with some of the world's finest musicians including Germaine Bazzle, Donald Harrison Jr, Herlin Riley, and Nicholas Payton. As an educator, Dwight serves as the Fine Arts Director for Crescent City Christian School and jazz piano instructor for the Louis "Satchmo" Armstrong Summer Jazz Camp.
