Over the last five years, LA-based wunderkind Duckwrth has quickly risen up the ranks as a promising star of the future of music. His collection of critically acclaimed projects including Nowhere (2015,) I’m Uugly (2016), Xtra Uugly (2017) and The Falling Man EP (2019), have transcended streaming platforms and landed in films, TV series, and brand ad campaigns and have received critical acclaim from a vast amount of outlets including NPR, The FADER, Complex, XXL and more. This accumulation has led the rapper to become an international touring staple, headlining shows globally and performing at Austin City Limits and opening for superstars Billie Eilish and Anderson .Paak. Duckwrth’s music has appeared on shows like CW’s All American, HBO’s Insecure and Real Time with Bill Maher and his song “Start A Riot” was featured on the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse soundtrack. His music has appeared in campaigns for the likes of Cadillac, Microsoft, Peloton, Amazon and Apple Music, and he’s worked with fashion legacies like Levi’s, Vans and Fila, as well as high fashion men’s suit designer Paul Smith.

Raised in St. Louis, Jordan Ward is emerging as one of R&B’s rising stars. Developing anaffinity for music and dance at a very early age, Jordan polished his skillset after first trying hishand as a choir member before transitioning into musical theater. After experimenting with rap,Ward later focused on singing and dancing. By 18, he moved to Los Angeles and joined JustinBieber’s Purpose Tour in 2016. Ward’s precocious dance abilities earned him gigs as a dancerfor Janet Jackson and Beyonce, as he appeared in the singer’s Homecoming documentary forher epic Coachella performance.In 2017, Ward began his musical quest after releasing his EP, A Peak at the Summit. It wasn’tuntil 2019 that Ward’s breakthrough became the talk of R&B. His project, Valley Hopefuls, waspropelled by his single “Okok (Hibachi)” and “Sandiego,” produced by singer Arin Ray andmusic producer heavyweight No ID. Ward followed this up with his stellar 2021 EP, RemainCalm, which featured the infectious single, “Lil Baby Crush”, produced by Lido and MayerHawthorne.Now, Ward’s silky croons and elevated songwriting abilities are at peak form as he readiesdebut studio album, Forward. FORWARD showcases Jordan exploring sounds and pushing hiscreativity forward. Forward is about evolving and breaking generational cycles. Forward is ForWard, a tribute to the Ward family, past and present. The album has themes of togetherness,hardship, and triumph. Guests on the album include upcoming stars Ryan Trey, Joyce Wrice,Joony & Gwen Bunn who lend their voices to help tell these stories.
