DONORA is a Pittsburgh-based brother-sister-friend trio that plays melodic, dance-worthy indie-pop that's more pleasure than it is guilty pleasure. The band is touring the land in support of their latest release, Play Nice, an EP they claim is about getting lost in the moment and strongly invites listeners to start a one-person dance party in their bedroom. Come down to our bedroom for a many-person dance party! DONORA's tour mates and fellow Pittsburgeezers TEAMMATE are a duo of exes who decided the best way to get over their break-up was to make music together. Comprised of only keys and drums, TEAMMATE makes "perfect-pop" that's catchier than the plague and they’re touring in support of their self-recorded, debut record, out last year via Rostrum Records. Chicago's own WARM ONES open the show with their noisy, three-minutes and under pop grenades that can best be described as "violently catch guitar pop."

Jake H. met Casey a few hours after she was born. He was disappointed she was a girl and cried. Eighteen years later, he got over it, and they started a band. A few years after that, they suckered another kid named Jake into playing bass. After shooting down Casey's idea to name the band "Casey and the Jakes," they became Donora.

Jake H. plays the drums, triggers samples from his octapad, and sings backup. Casey sings and tries very hard to remember the right guitar chords to play. Jake C. plays bass and reminds Casey which key each song starts in. Together they play melodic, dance-worthy, garage pop.

Warm Ones is a noisy ATV for Tony Sackett's three-minute and under pop song grenades. Their style is best described as "violently catchy guitarpop." Covering fire is provided by guitarist Mike Wszolek, bassist Mike Metz and beatman Jon Adler. Warm Ones have recently followed up their first full album "Sprezzatura" with their new EP "Lena" (Available January 6th, 2012). They have been described as "hot" and "that was fucking awesome," so I guess that's all that matters.
