The Detroit Hammers
The Detroit Hammers, Steve Cox - Lead Vocals; Roger Noonan - Bass; Bernie Palo - Keys; Paul Raab - Drums; Mike Wendt - Guitar, is a power rockin' electric-blues band based in Detroit, MI. Steve has continued to create and produce authentic, original music, bringing a dynamic twist to classic blues around Metro Detroit and Nashville. The Detroit Hammer's music has garnered recognition from NSAI (Nashville Songwriters Association International) and has been covered by Detroit area and Nashville musicians. No strangers to the big stage, collectively they have shared it with Gregg Allman, Edgar Winter, Aretha Franklin, Mark Farner, Maynard Ferguson... to name a few. The Detroit Hammers appeal to all music genre enthusiasts. The sometimes gritty, always soulful vocals, and masterful harmonies with scorching guitar, driving bass and drums with skilled keys will dropkick you to the altar. The Detroit Hammers absolutely guarantee an over the top experience!
SLOWFOOT
Playing rockin' blues with some soul and jam band sounds, Slowfoot, Frank Grimaldi - Lead Vocals and Guitar; Kris Greig - Bass; Peter Zajicek - Keys; Mike Conley - Guitar; Tony DiDio - Drums, have performed in venues all over Michigan. In late 2022, the band released the 11-track album "Something Good", getting amazing responses. Slowfoot has also come out with a music video for the driving, roadhouse-style song "Day Job," which can be found on YouTube.

Bobby Murray is an American electric blues guitarist, songwriter and record producer who played in Etta James' backing band for 23 years, performed on three Grammy Award winning recordings with E. James and B.B. King and released four solo albums. In 2011, the Detroit Blues Society granted Murray their Lifetime Achievement Award. His latest solo recording, Love Letters From Detroit, was released in 2021 and was granted the Outstanding Blues Recording of the Year at the Detroit Music Awards.
LENNY WATKINS
Whether it is back alley blues or southern soul, Lenny Watkins is a keeper of the proud musical traditions of Metro Detroit. Lenny lives up to his easy-going nature, but is filled with a working man's soul.

Blues
The Anti-Freeze Blues Festival returns with the Bobby Murray Revue featuring The Woodward Horns, Raye Williams, Lenny Watkins, Greg Nagy and special guests.
Detroit has a long history of standout blues performers, many who travelled north from Mississippi and other Southern states. Guitarist Bobby Murray is another talented performer who migrated to Detroit, albeit from the West Coast.
Murray's roots with the blues run deep, back to high school when he and bandmate Robert Cray saw Albert Collins perform at their high school graduation in Tacoma, Washington. In the ensuing decades, Murray amassed a considerable resume of his own. He performed in Etta James' backup ensemble, the Roots Band, for over two decades, including shows at the WOMAD festival at the Barcelona Olympic, Carnegie Hall and at the inaugural for President Bill Clinton. You may have heard his guitar work on James' song "Blues is My Business," that was used on "The Sopranos;" or seen him perform on "The Tonight Show," "Austin City Limits" or "Late Night with David Letterman."
Bobby performed with Collins off and on for 20 years and has performed with or recorded with many other blues and soul greats, including Albert King, John Lee Hooker, Otis Clay, Irma Thomas, Buddy Guy & Junior Wells, Carla Thomas, Johnnie Taylor, The Sweet Inspirations, Johnny 'Guitar' Watson, Lowell Fulson, Taj Mahal, Little Milton, Percy Mayfield, Sugar Pie DeSanto, Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, Charlie Musselwhite and Otis Rush. And along with recording and performing with many others, he has released several recordings of his own, since 1996. The latest being "I'm Sticking With You" released in 2013. Murray recorded with Cray and B.B. King on the song "Playing with My Friends," from King's Grammy Award-winning album "Blues Summit." He also performed on James' Grammy winning recordings "Let's Roll" and "Blues to the Bone."
Murray, who moved to Detroit in 1996, was selected by the Detroit Blues Society as a recipient of the group's Lifetime Achievement Award in 2011. And since 2012, Bobby has won numerous Detroit Music Awards including Outstanding Blues/R&B Instrumentalist. But, don't get the wrong idea, Bobby's not resting on his laurels. Murray is better than ever, fronting his own Bobby Murray Band, and most recently forming a musical revue entitled "Love Letters From Detroit" - with a recording with the same name. The recording won another prestigious Detroit Music Award for this year's Outstanding Blues
