From Chicago. JJ Smith combines a dynamic vocal range with unique song structures to create his own spin on modern songwriting. Bearing influence from artists such as; Jeff Buckley, Nick Drake, The Decemberists, Led Zeppelin, Radiohead, Hozier & Madison Cunningham… Smith’s songs are about the inevitable troubles we face in this world, and how we decide to let them shape us.
