Canadian punk gods The Dayglo Abortions, a Victoria punk/metal band that has been raping earholes since 1979. The Dayglos have had many different band members, The Dayglo Abortions (more commonly “The Dayglos” or “DGA”) have put out over a dozen records, including the popular Feed Us a Fetus (1986) and Here Today, Guano Tomorrow (1987). Their last record at the time of writing was 2016’s Armageddon Survival Guide. The longest-running leader, producer and writer of the band is Murray “The Cretin” Acton. Currently the lead guitarist and vocalist, Acton created The Dayglo Abortions and has been active for every year except three in the mid-90s when he created the band LUMMOX, and released the masterpiece (Natural Born Swillers). The Dayglo Abortions are now and will forever be the most important punk band in Canada, also being one of the first bands in North American history to be slapped with obscenity charges. Murray considers his writing to be light hearted and satirical while the rest of us get to enjoy some of the finest punk rock ever written. Long Live The Dayglo Abortions. Some of the other bands Acton has been active in or produced over the years include Lummox, Bunchofuckingoofs, The Fuck You Pigs, The Color Out of Space, The Old Limp Dicks, and many others.

Spare Change was originally formed on the south-side of Chicago in 1989. The band plays their own unique style of raw hardcore punk / metal crossover. Through hard time and many lineup changes singer Bryan 'Chump Change' Robertson has managed to keep the beast alive, putting out over 20 releases in the process. The current lineup of Bryan on vocals, David Grek on guitar, Al Salad on bass and Fabian Arroyo on drums is the strongest to date. In 2013 the band put out their first release with its current lineup, Crash and Burn. This EP contains four tracks of straight up, ripping crossover and is the first sign that after 25 years Spare Change is still as relevant and as they were when they first started making a rauncous noise back in '89. Spare Change has had the pleasure to share the stage with the likes of D.R.I., Dead Kennedys, Grim Reaper, Riot, Black Death, Iron Reagan (Municiple Waste), The Addicts, The Casualties, Verbal Abuse, Fang, Toxic Reasons, Raw Power, The Effigies, CJ Ramone, The Mentors, Macabre, Helstar, Poison Idea, M.D.C., Necrophagia, Venom (inc.) and many others. They were the only punk/metal band to play the Taste of Chicago in 2001 and are currently working on there new album "Bonded By Beer"

Created as the world closed down, pre-pandemic experimental recording driven BRAINBLEED turned quickly into a live venue-loving crossover calamity. As the plague surrendered, BRAINBLEED invites the listener through lightning fast sets to engage with the darker state of affairs like creeping isolation, injustice, inequality, and not puking on our couch.
