Whether you’ve heard guitarist Dave Stryker fronting his own group (with 35 CD’s as a leader to date), or as a featured sideman with, Stanley Turrentine and Jack McDuff, you know why Gary Giddins in the Village Voice called him "one of the most distinctive guitarists to come along in recent years."   Stryker has been leading his own group for many years, featuring Jared Gold on B3 and McClenty Hunter on drums.  For this engagement, he'll also feature Walter Smith III on saxophone. Dave's new recording, "Groove Street,"  will be released on January 12 and this show will be a celebration of his new recording. All GA sections (Main Floor GA & Miles Davis Mezzanine) will be seated by host and are first come, first served (other than where a reserved sign is posted to table).  If you require special seating, please call the venue for accomodations no later than 48 hours prior to show date. Please note that if you do not purchase all seats aat a table, other customers may be seated at the table. Pre-show reception is in the Boathouse 400 restaurant from 5:15pm to 6:30pm and features a changing buffet menu .  $60 per person includes an 18% gratuity and all applicable state/local taxes + parking while you enjoy dinner and show.
