Dasher the Band is the brother-and-sister duo of Max and Laela Dasher, whose sound blends the bayou roots of Northeast Louisiana with the storytelling traditions of Appalachia. Raised singing a cappella in church, the siblings learned the power of harmony early, shaping the warm, haunting vocal style that defines their music. Theirs is a sound that feels both timeless and deeply personal -- songs built on vivid imagery, family roots, and a strong sense of familiar places (front porches, under a mountain sky, and anywhere that stories live in lyric).
