Much like gumbo, the famous dish of their hometown, the New Orleans-born Cowboy Mouth uses a potent blend of musical ingredients - rock, blues, punk, funk, country, pop, soul and whatever else feels good – to create their bodacious, kickass tunes. Frontman, drummer, and co-founder Fred LeBlanc has asserted “if The Neville Brothers and The Clash had a baby, it would be Cowboy Mouth." His description not only reflects the group’s amazing diverse sound, but it also conveys the fire and commitment they bring to their music.   Cowboy Mouth has perfected their wonderfully rambunctious style over the band’s three decades together. During that time, they have sold over a half a million albums domestically, performed before more than 10 million people, and played over 3,000 concerts. These relentless road warriors built their reputation and developed their devoted fan base through powerhouse live performances (frequently averaging 250 gigs a year). “With every show, no matter where it is, we try to turn it into New Orleans during the middle of Mardi Gras,” LeBlanc proclaims. “It's like a southern gospel revival without the religion” – unless your religion is rock ‘n’ roll!   Cowboy Mouth formed in 1990, and their festive, free-wheeling style stood in sharp contrast to the then-popular grunge sound. In 1996, the band signed with MCA and their major label debut, Are You With Me?, spawned their biggest hit, “Jenny Says,” which cracked the top 40 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock and Alternative Rock charts. Their tunes have appeared in films ranging from the crime drama The Underneath (which featured them performing on screen) to the family comedy Meet The Robinsons. After doing several more albums on MCA Records and then Atlantic Records, Cowboy Mouth has continued to get their music to the people with a series of well-received independent and self-released albums.    New Orleans and Louisiana have always been special places for Cowboy Mouth, who are inductees in The Louisiana Music Hall Of Fame. Their tune, “Mardi Gras State Of Mind,” featuring another NOLA luminary Big Sam Williams (of Big Sam’s Funky Nation) on trombone, delivers a joy-filled, footloose tribute to the world-famous carnival.    LeBlanc (previously of the punkabilly band Dash Rip Rock) and former Red Rocker guitarist John Thomas Griffith have been guiding Cowboy Mouth from the very beginning. Bassist Brian “Bruiser” Broussard joined the group in 2014, and quickly developed a telepathic groove with drummer LeBlanc (Broussard, by the way, is a beermaster too). The band’s newest member is Frank (aka Frankie G) Grocholski, who has teamed up with Griffith to create a formidable two-man guitar army.   The phrase “Cowboy Mouth” typically is defined as “one with a loud and raucous voice,” and the term fits the band too. This is especially true for their legendary live performances that have been described as celebratory, life-affirming experiences possessing the ability to save souls. The galvanizing connection between band and fans is one reason Cowboy Mouth has stayed strong for so many years. LeBlanc, however, offers another explanation: “bullheaded tenacity and determination, with a pretty healthy dose of faith.”  

 BlondMe—The Blondie Experience  The seeds for this band honoring the rock legacy of Blondie were planted when Nashville  based singer Stephanie Cease saw a picture of Debbie Harry, looked at an old picture of her  mother and noticed a striking resemblance. Her mother, a former beauty queen and one time  Miss Indiana, had been told for years she resembled Debbie Harry and since Stephanie  resembled her mother so much and was a huge fan of Blondie’s music, she thought “why  not?”.  Stephanie started her career singing in the early 90’s with rock,pop,and r&b cover bands. She  moved to Germany in the mid 90’s and continued her career there where she entered a  televised casting show called “Popstars” in 2000. From 7000 girls in Germany she made it to  the top 10. From there she fronted several Corporate Bands and sang many songs by Shania  Twain, leading to a successful period working as a Shania Impersonator. This also led to her  spot on the CMT show “Still the King” with Billy Ray Cyrus where she played the character  Dania Von Twang, a German Shania Impersonator. Upon moving back to the states to marry  her high school sweetheart Jeff, she wanted to try something new and exciting like bleaching  her hair blonde and and singing Blondie songs in a tribute band.  On keyboards and guitar is Stephanie’s husband, Jeff Cease. Jeff has long been a journeyman guitarist who currently plays with Eric Church and was a member of The Black Crowes during the bands early days. His musical roots include a strong interest in the New York/CBGB’s music scene of the late 1970’s, so when he heard of his wife’s plans for Blondme, he eagerly offered his services, as well as the services of touring compadres Michael Smith and William Coats.  On guitar and backing vocals is Michael Smith. Michael was a founding member The Why Store,  a band that started at Ball State University and quickly expanded all over the Midwest. After a couple of independent releases sold more than 250,000 units due to much touring and hard work, the band was picked up by MCA Records where they released two albums as well as a live recording on the label. Michael then spent years working in a high profile position for musical manufacturer Peavey and is now a key member of the Eric Church touring organization.  William Coats powers BlondMe’s dynamic sound with propulsive, tightly locked grooves  informed by decades of professional experience across the studio, stage, and touring circuit. He launched his career in the late 1990s playing intimate venues throughout the Southeast  before becoming a core member of Jonathan Singleton and the Grove from the early 2000s  through 2012. Coats has since lent his drumming to EPs by notable artists including Drake  White, Kyndle Wylde, and Joshua Singleton. For the past 14 years, he has served as drum  technician for Craig Wright of Eric Church, further deepening his expertise at the highest levels  of the industry.  Jack Garland rounds out Blondme on bass guitar and backing vocals. A former bandmate of Jeff Cease in the Nashville-based 1990s/2000s band Rayon City Quartet, he is an experienced guitarist and bassist with more than three decades of performing and recording. Active in the Nashville music scene since 1990, he has contributed to numerous rock bands as a songwriter,  performer and studio musician.  BlondeMe was born in the spirit of bringing exciting new life to the music of Blondie with  forceful, faithful cover versions of greatest hits ("Call Me," "One Way or Another," "Rapture,"  "The Tide is High") and fan-favorite deep cuts ('X Offender," "Atomic," "In the Sun," "The  Hardest Part") across the spectrum of Blondie in the 1970s and '80s—a crowd-pleasing mix of  rock, punk, disco, reggae, ska and more.   BlondMe offers a solidly authentic 90 minute set of music crafted to keep a crowd up and  moving with almost non-stop Blondie music.
