  • Corb Lund

    Country

A rural Albertan hailing from the foothills of the Rocky Mountains with a long family lineage of ranchers and rodeo people, Lund is about as authentic as they come, and equally as hard to define. The western Canadian singer-songwriter is an elusive artist—onstage, offstage, and in the studio—seamlessly weaving between the outlaw country, Western, and indie-folk realms withan honest curiosity and rowdy devotion to each. He was raised with the tried and true DIY sentiment of “if you want something done, you gotta do it yourself” launching his career recording in his basement, printing his own shirts, booking his own tours, being his own manager and publicist... whatever it took to get it done. He toured for years with the indie-metal band the smalls, and later turned his sights to writing Western songs, creating a unique and quirky hybrid writing style along the way. He has received multiple domestic and international award nominations and wins. In 2022, Lund won his 14th career Canadian Country Music Award and made his debut at the historic Grand Ole Opry. His album of originals,El Viejo, was released in February 2024.

    Americana

Singer-songwriter Branson Anderson hails from Logandale, Nevada, a tiny, sleepy, desert town dating back to the 1860s, best known as the home of the Clark County Fair and Rodeo. As a teen, Anderson started writing songs with dreams of rambling across the land as a traveling musician. In fact, he once ditched high school and took a two and a half day bus ride to Nashville with the sole plan of going to Third Man Records to meet Jack White. It didn’t quite pan out and fifteen hours later he was back on a bus headed home, but a love for the adventures of the road got into his blood on that trip.

Spending most of his time in Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming, Anderson gave up his trades as a truck driver and mechanic to pursue music full-time. With a creative approach to writing that eschews traditional song

structure, Anderson’s influences include Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Jack White, and Robert Johnson. Fueled by a humble reverence for Americana, as a performer Anderson channels the spirit of yesteryear imbued with a fresh, unique take on roots music.

Anderson has toured the U.S. and parts of Europe, opening for Mattiel, Corb Lund, Charlie Parr, Brothers Comatose, Smooth Hound Smith, Little Hurricane, Lillie Mae, The Kolars, and fellow Utah residents Sammy Brue, Timmy The Teeth and Joshua James, the latter who produced Anderson’s 2017 debut album, Graydog, sophomore album Applecore, Baltimore, and partially the Lord, Have Mercy EP. He is proud to announce the long anticipated release of the all acoustic Keep It Moving EP recorded and produced by Chase Ford of the Salt Lake City, Utah scene.
