Described as "pulsing,  sexy future-synth like standing in the spinning vortex of a haunted house" by The Stranger, ONONOS’ sound and aesthetic expand upon elements of synth-punk, mutant-disco, no-wave,  and post-punk dance music. ONONOS strives to make their live performances a multimedia experience;  incorporating striking visuals, elaborate costumes, and damaged dance-anthems for a haunted alien  discotheque.  Their first album, ONONOS, is a dark, heady mix of electro-punk, cold-wave, and damaged art-house dance  tracks.
