Christopher Owens – the celebrated singer-songwriter and former frontman of beloved indie rock band Girls – announces I Wanna Run Barefoot Through Your Hair, his first new album in seven years and his return to True Panther Records, out October 18, 2024.

Bloom is a Southern California multidisciplinary youth music group composed of Patrick O’Connor, Ethan Imler, and Jacob Frericks. While their shared existence reflects a deep friendship, each member’s songwriting wears its heart on its sleeve. With a wide range of sounds and styles across their discography, they are deeply rooted in the spirit of their community and the DIY culture that shaped them, taking after local bands they grew up watching and learning from. Their music captures the raw energy of an adolescent band taking its first steps; symbolic of an honest and unpolished beginning of a journey towards self-expression and discovery. In April 2023, they released a 32-track album titled The Demos, capturing the raw essence of vulnerability and openness. Bloom plans to release their second album in 2025.
