Christian Lopez is not merely riding the wave of Americana Music, the West Virginia native, is bending it to its knees. With the will of his voice and the stomp of a steady beat, Christian Lopez is pioneering his own brand of Folk Rock. Like a young Whitman, Lopez translates the iconic America before him into rousing romps and searing serenades employing crisp and thoughtful imagery and storytelling. Born and raised in Martinsburg WV, Christian Lopez burst onto the music scene with his debut EP “Pilot” and full album “Onward” in 2015, both produced by grammy winning producer, Dave Cobb (Chris Stapleton, Brandi Carlile). Rolling Stone has said Christian landed on a sound that flies straight through multiple eras of rock, pop, and country. Followed up by his sophomore album, "Red Arrow", in 2017, Lopez featured guest collaborators like Vince Gill & Kenneth Pattengale, garnering him a wider audience and setting him up for the national touring life he lives today. In 2021, Lopez released his 3rd studio album, "The Other Side", alongside producer Robert Adam Stevenson, eventually teaming up for, "Magdalena" in 2023 written and recorded in the self-seclusion of Magdalena, NM. This eventually led to multiple invitations to perform at the Grand Ole Opry where Christian debuted his latest single, “I'm Not Alone.” (2024) A song he says he dedicates to all the 'hopeless romantics'.
