Carlos has been entertaining audiences for over 35 years throughout the eastern half of the United States, first as a member of the roots reggae group “I-Tal”, and then with the legendary “First Light”, before finally pursuing a solo career. Choosing to focus on bringing a positive message with his music, Carlos has continued to win a diverse group of new fans everywhere he plays.
With headline performances at Cleveland ROCKSNYEVE, Jamaica's 'JamRock 2010', Idaho's 'Marley in the Mountain Fest', Wade Oval, Painesville Party in the Park, Warren Amphitheatre, Springfield Amphitheatre, and the Midwest Reggae Festival to name but a few, Carlos Jones (+) will be rockin' the house with his unique brand of high energy "put yer dancin' shoes on" reggae.

Quenton “Que” Rubin is a guitarist, singer, songwriter, and producer from Cleveland, Ohio who blends the best of funk, rock and soul. Que has performed with a range of artists from two-time Grammy-nominated and AMA-winning R&B artist Al B Sure on the 1988 Heartbreak Tour with New Edition and Bobby Brown, to collaborating with Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award winner George Clinton and the P-Funk All Stars. He’s also played with Levert, Meli’sa Morgan and Keith Sweat and Brenda K. Starr.
After taking an extended hiatus, in 2022 Que returned to the music scene to perform with local bands. In 2024, Que continued to ignite the stage with his own band, QRB, bringing a new wave of irresistible grooves and soulful funk. With each phase, Que has pushed the boundaries of his artistry, leaving a legacy of innovation and passion in the world of music.
