Cabaret icon Arthur Pomposello is anchoring a quintet of fellow entertainment legends on November 12 for a spectacular night of Cabaret on Broadway. The urbane Pomposello, known for his keen eye for outstanding talent, was the host, manager and booking agent for the acclaimed Oak Room of the Algonquin Hotel for nearly two decades. He brings his easy cosmopolitan style to the Iridium with some his favorite artists. Set to deliver a thrilling evening of music and song are the renowned KT Sullivan, doyen of the cabaret world and Artistic Director of the Mabel Mercer Foundation, cabaret mainstays Karen Oberlin and Natalie Douglas, and Steve Ross, pianist/singer extraordinaire, whose sophistication recalls echoes of that now long-gone room. Music Director for Cabaret on Broadway is the much sought-after pianist Jon Weber.
Cabaret on Broadway Hosted by Arthur Pomposello is an essential show for cabaret lovers, music lovers and those who yearn for the sophistication of legendary venues such as the Oak Room.
