About Us Buzzed Broadway is a completely improvised Broadway-style musical and drinking show in Chicago, IL. Created in 2014, the troupe has performed all over Chicago and the United States.  They have been featured in the New York Musical Improv Festival, the Seattle Festival of Improvisational Theatre, the West Coast Musical Improv Festival, Crossroads Comedy Festival, the Chicago Musical Improv Festival, and theChicago Improv Festival.  They also have performed for the prestigious Festival of the Arts at Mohonk Mountain House. ​ So, just what is a Buzzed Broadway show? We're glad you asked!  The cast of Buzzed Broadway takes your suggestion for a never-before-seen musical, and off we go, using the characters, styles, and themes of Broadway musicals!  From Sondheim to Kander and Ebb - it’s going to be fast; it’s going to be fun; and it’s all going to be cram-packed into two hilarious acts.  Act I introduces the major characters and musical numbers and will typically end in a plot conflict that will be resolved in Act II.  But wait, there’s more!! Surely there can’t be more good times to be had by all?!?  Oh there are.  You are encouraged to grab your favorite drink and imbibe along with the cast in this speakeasy-style show!   There’s no business like show business!  And as we like to say, it’s our business doing pleasure with you, so let’s get to it!
