Anne D’s songwriting began at the early age of 4, belting out whatever popped into her head while swinging on her swing set for the whole neighborhood to hear. She refined her songwriting skills after attending the Hartt School at the University of Hartford. Currently a full time music educator she feels most at home with her guitar. After two self released LP’s (Masquerade ’99 and Seasons ’14) she contacted Tracy Walton at On Deck Studio to produce her latest album, “Two Words” which she later released in July 2021. Anne’s rock and pop influences have now taken a turn towards Adult Contemporary and Americana. Anne is currently finishing up her second album at On Deck. A 2025 release is scheduled.
