He has taught in New Orleans public schools and remains committed to mentoring young musicians. His 2010 album Reflections showcases his musical versatility, and he continues to record and perform regularly throughout the city. In 2024, Quezergue celebrated the release of his album, The Pilgrim at Snug Harbor.  Courtney Bryan is a New Orleans-born composer and pianist celebrated for blending classical, jazz, gospel, and experimental music.
