Ana Sewell was born and raised in the Nashville, growing up surrounded by the rich sounds of country, bluegrass, and Christian music. Raised in a musical family, she spent much of her childhood playing music and leading worship in church, where her love for songwriting first began to grow.

Inspired by artists like Patty Griffin, Ricky Skaggs, and John Denver, Ana developed a passion for songs that tell honest stories and connect with people on a deeper level. Her writing reflects the heart of the music she grew up with, blending faith, tradition, and real-life experiences.

With a deep love for storytelling and the roots of country music, Ana hopes her songs continue the legacy of music that brings people together and reminds them of where they come from.

Millions first discovered Lauren during her unforgettable run on American Idol in 2020, but her journey as an artist began long before national television.
