Mark Irwin moved from the Northeast to Nashville to pursue his dream of songwriting in 1987. Soon after, Mark landed his first cut, the Christmas song “Meet Me Under The Mistletoe” recorded by Randy Travis, and years later, recorded again by Hailey Whitters. Mark then went on to co-write Alan Jackson’s first number one hit “Here In The Real World,” a two-time CMA Song of the Year nominee, ACM Song of the Year nominee and winner of the Music City News Award for Song of the Year 1990. Mark has co-written three other number-one country singles including “Redneck Crazy” (Tyler Farr), “Highway Don’t Care” [Tim McGraw (featuring Taylor Swift and Keith Urban)], and “Neon Light” (Blake Shelton). Other notable releases include “Looking For That Girl” (Tim McGraw), “New Friends” (Lainey Wilson), “Bama Breeze” (Jimmy Buffett), “That’s How They Do It In Dixie” (Hank Williams Jr.), “Lie A Little” (Ashland Craft), as well as cuts from Martina McBride, Faith Hill, George Jones, Timmy McKeever, Josh Weathers, and more. Additionally, as a former bartender at Nashville’s famous Bluebird Café, Mark is featured prominently in the documentary Bluebird alongside Taylor Swift, Garth Brooks, and more.

Ava Paige
Nashville Sound
For several years now, even the most experienced songwriters in Nashville have been both astonished and thankful they were put in a room with country music artist Ava Paige. Paige is simply not your average up-and-coming young hopeful. She is an entire world apart.
Writing songs since she was small and taking guitar lessons since 7 years old, she is decidedly unique from other teenagers. Her idols have always been the creators of songs, and she has never wavered in her desire to be one of them. An innate understanding of lifetimes past with her naturally young perspective has proven beneficial in her delivery of any song. This skill is especially reflected in her writing, which is why she continues to work with some of the industry’s best, including Marla Cannon-Goodman ( “The Fool” /Lee Ann Womack), Kendell Marvel (“Either Way /Chris Stapleton), Terri Jo Box (“God Bless the Boy”/Cody Johnson), Tony Lane (Little Past Little Rock/ Lee Ann Womack) Tina Parol (“Champagne Night”/Lady A) and Artists such as Drake White, Craig Campbell, and Charles Esten.
With her music career traveling in the fast lane, Paige was delivered a blow just before her 15th birthday. She was diagnosed with leukemia. Gigs and songwriting were put on hold and replaced with chemotherapy treatments. Ava is excited to announce she finished all treatments for leukemia on Dec 13th 2021 and is Cancer Free! Paige is determined to pay it forward by forming her own charity, Pick’n and Kick’n Cancer With Ava Paige. She’s also involved with a number of other similar charities including Rally Foundation, Leukemia Lymphoma Society, and is even Children’s Miracle Network’s 2022 National Ambassador. With the help of these charities, Page helped raise over 10 million dollars for childhood cancer research and children’s Hospitals.
