    Big in The 90s

    Pop Rock

    Big in the 90s is the ultimate 90s cover band, running the gamut of music that you love from the decade, alternative, pop, grunge, and R&B. Their set list includes everything from Britney to Brit-pop, Gin Blossoms to Ginuwine, and all places in between. 

    Singer Jonathan Pretus and drummer Kyle Melancon both spent time in New Orleans-based bands that actually WERE big in the 90s, with Pretus as guitarist in Cowboy Mouth, and Melancon as drummer for Dash Rip Rock. For years, guitarist Stephen Turner, bassist Joe Bourgeois, along with Pretus, as part of the acclaimed rock band The Breton Sound, heard a similar line from management, record labels, and radio programmers ”you guys are great…you’d have been big in the 90s.” It seemed like a natural progression that they’d start a band playing the eclectic 90s songs they loved and grew up with. 

    Each show is like filling a 6 disc changer with all your old mix cds and hitting shuffle. Every song in the set is a classic and makes someone in the crowd scream “This is my JAM!” 

    Big in the 90s brings all these songs to life faithfully and with all the energy of a top notch live show from seasoned performers who’ve played stages of all sizes to crowds of all sizes, all over the country.     That's So Fetch ignites 2000s nostalgia with high-energy performances designed to get everyone dancing and singing along. The band are no strangers to consistently delivering quality performances, featuring members of Big in the 90s, the Walrus, Marc Broussard, Alexis Marceaux’s annual Jagged Little Pill tribute, Ainsley Matic and Broken Blues, and the Rocketmen. That’s So Fetch blends recognizable hits with creative twists and immersive elements, creating a fun and engaging experience for every audience.
