Biddadat
Biddadat
Funk-Rock
Biddadat is the essence of neo-funk: the new happening genre that sews together electronic, alternative rock, and funk music. The band's original songs are created with the deep musical talents of its members: Cameron Brownell (guitars/vox/electronic production) Kyle Miller (bass) and Remy Morritt (drums). The boys found each other in Seattle's diverse music scene, allowing them to begin producing music with a sound and feel that have never been experienced before. Their catchy yet progressive composition raises the energy of any crowd, lifting them off their feet and onto the dance floor.

Hoshin
Alternative Rock
Hoshin, a 5-piece neo soul group from Seattle, draws its strength and groove from the deep friendships of the band and its wider community. Beginning in 2017 as a friends of friends collective, they have quickly created a visionary soul sound, tapping into the felt pocket of rhythm and hypnotic groove-hooks to deliver Sam Hoshin’s organic melodies. Front-woman Sam is the ruby, brilliantly singing complex r&b runs alongside catchy refrains. Her honest commitment onstage exemplifies the themes: intuition, misplaced affection, ambition. The band at large pulls influence from greats like Erykah Badu, Robert Glasper, Sade, Hiatus Kaiyote, and cues up jazz, gospel, soul, and r&b elements, inviting listeners into the ongoing legacy and community of soul music.

“Motus is loud, soulful, jazzy, somewhat theatrical, and lighthearted. The whole sound went as perfectly together as chocolate, wine, and cheese. Smooth, rich, and indulgent.”
-Caitlin Cohen, What’s Up Magazine
“An eclectic, entertaining and enthralling gumbo of sound that puts you in the mind of a new aged more soulful ‘New York Voices.’ Each Song pulls you in with the intention to make you dance, cry, or think introspectively.”
-Demetruest
“Soulful and glorious, they breathe some new life into the local funk scene. Enjoy them and bring some good dancing shoes.”
-Brent Cole, What’s Up Magazine
