This event is 16 and over. Any Ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 16 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund.

Venue management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is deemed to be objectionable, who uses abusive language, or who is publicly intoxicated. Breach of these terms terminates your license to attend the event, and a refund will not be offered.

For the safety of all, please note that attendees may be searched.

If there is an age restriction for this event, each purchaser is required to bring a valid state or government-issued ID to present upon request.

By accepting this transaction and/or by entering the premises, the ticket holder agrees and acknowledges that he or she shall not engage in any slam dancing, "moshing," stage diving, crowd surfing, or any other potentially dangerous behavior, and does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Empire Management and Productions and its employees, directors, officers, agents, and affiliates from any injuries, claims, and liabilities arising hereunder.
